Zest Fest is taking over Robbo Park on Saturday 14 November 2026, bringing together live choons, good grub, local bevvies and thousands of people ready for a cracking day out.
We’re looking for food, beverage and market stallholders who can bring something worth having a sticky beak at. This is your chance to put your business in front of a big festival crowd and show off what you do best. We’d love to hear from businesses offering:
- Unique food and beverage offerings
- Boutique retail and lifestyle products
- Locally made gifts and artisan goods
- Clever, unusual or hard-to-find products
- Something people will spot from across the park and immediately want to check out
Good products, a great-looking stall and friendly people behind the counter. That’s the brief.
Stall fee
The stall fee is $200, including GST.
You only need to pay if you’re offered a stall. Successful applicants will receive payment instructions by email, and your site will be confirmed once payment is received. Easy as that.
How selection works
Submitting an expression of interest puts your name in the mix, but it doesn’t automatically guarantee you a stall. We want to create a market people are keen to wander through, not a row of stalls all selling the same thing. Applications will be assessed on:
- Quality and presentation
- Creativity and originality
- Suitability for Zest Fest
- The overall mix of stalls across the event
Preference may be given to:
- Businesses from Orange, Cabonne and Blayney*
- Products made in the local region
- Stalls offering something different
- Businesses with a strong, well-presented setup
- Products that add to the festival experience
* Out-of-region applicants may be placed on a waitlist. Contact [email protected] for further information.
Basically, bring us the Zest and give us a reason to make room for you.
If you’re successful
You’re in. Time to start getting your festival setup sorted. We’ll send you everything you need to know, including:
- Your site allocation
- Bump-in and bump-out times
- Event-day access details
- Site requirements
- Practical information to help the day run smoothly
You bring the products, the people and your zesty vibes. We’ll handle the rest of the festival business.
The fine print
By submitting an EOI, you agree to the Zest Fest 2026 Terms & Conditions.
A few important things to note:
- Stall fee: $200 (incl. GST), payable upon approval
- EOIs are expressions of interest only and do not guarantee a stall
- Stallholders must provide their own gazebo and stall setup
- Battery-operated lighting is required
- Vehicles must leave the event site once bump-in is complete
- Pets are not permitted onsite
- Priority may be given to businesses from the Orange region (Orange, Cabonne and Blayney)
- We’re serious about sustainability. Stallholders must comply with the Zest Fest Vendor Waste Guide, including the list of banned single-use items
Food and beverage vendors
A couple of extra requirements for our food and drink legends:
- Vendors must hold a current Temporary Food Permit with Orange City Council
- Vendors will operate under Orange City Council’s liquor license
- RSA compliance is mandatory
- All staff must hold a current RSA certificate and certificates must be provided following approval
- Vendors are responsible for supplying their own ice and any additional power requirements
- Wines sold must be from the Orange wine region
- Winery stall vendors must be from the Orange region
- Beers, ciders and spirits to be from the Orange region
So what happens next?
